We had previously used an insurance-based HR organisation, however their awful service led us to search out a better quality and more suitable alternative.  We decided to find someone who could get more involved with our business, who could provide a personal service and actually get to know us as a Company.  Someone to ultimatley help us be better employers.

I was recommended Vicky by our Accountants (which is always a good start!) and we arranged to meet to discuss the services that she could offer us.
